Surfaces we jet wash
Hard surfaces take a beating. Rain, shade, tyres and foot traffic leave them green, black and patchy, and it builds up so slowly that you stop seeing it. A proper jet wash shows you what the surface looked like when it was laid.
Dirt on hard surfaces is not only cosmetic. Algae and moss can make paths, steps and patios slippery when wet, and weeds find their way into joints and cracks. Cleaning them back removes the green film and the places seeds take hold, and it makes the whole garden look better cared for.

Block paving: cleaning, joints and sealing
Block paving gets its own attention. Once the moss and weeds are gone, the joints between the blocks can look thin or empty. We can re-sand the joints to fill them, and seal the surface afterwards if you want it protected.
Both are optional extras. Some people want the clean and nothing more, and that is a perfectly good job on its own. The online quote lets you tick re-sanding and sealing if you want them included.
Decking, timber or composite
Decking gets slippery when algae takes hold, and timber and composite both show grime quickly in the damp. We clean both types, and the approach is matched to the material. The goal is a clean surface without roughing it up.
Timber and composite differ most here. Timber can grey and mark with age and damp, while composite tends to show algae and dirt in its grain. Either way, a clean surface is easier to keep on top of.
Jet washing, or softwashing?
Pressure suits hard, durable surfaces such as paving, concrete and driveways. It is the wrong tool for render, roofs and other delicate surfaces. Those are softwashed with a low-pressure treatment instead, which lifts moss, algae and staining without harming the surface underneath.
